This game is best played with 4 or more players. Take a regular deck of 52 cards and spread them around on the table randomly. One person draws first and the card they draw determines what they do:

Ace - Question Card. You look at a person and ask them a question. They don't even have to know that you drew an ace. You ask them a question and they must respond by asking a question to another person, NOT the one that asked them. This continues until someone messes up and that person must drink 5 drinks.

King - Finish what's left of your beer

Queen - Make a rule to the game (i.e. every time I drink, the person to my right must match that amount of drink)

Jack - The Thumb-Man. This is the fun part of the game. Whoever draws the Thumb-Man Card, is the Thumb-Man. Whenever he feels like it, he sticks out his thumb (during other people's turns, when someone is not paying attention, etc). It must be visible to everyone but not necessarily over exaggerated. The last person to notice must take 5 drinks.

10 - I never card. You must say something that you have never done. If someone has done it, they must drink.

9 - I always card. Opposite of an I never card.

8 - Person to your right drinks 3 drinks

7 - Person to your left drinks 3 drinks

6 - Play reverses from clockwise to counter-clockwise or viseversa

5 - Distribute 5 drinks to the other players in any order and any amount.

4 - Drink 2, distribute 2

3 - Drink 3 drinks

2 - Drink 2 drinks

All players sit in a circle or around a table. Someone then deals out all of the cards. Once all of the cards are dealt out, the player who has the ace of spades lays it down. If the player to the left of this person does not have another ace to match this, that player drinks. That person is now trapped between the person on the left and right of them.

These players try and lay down cards they think the person in the middle does not have. For each card the trapped player does not have, they drink.

When they finally have a card, they lay this card down and if the person next to them does not have this card then they are now trapped and so on. Once a player goes out, all of the other players have to drink one drink for every card left in their hand.

Shuffle deck, flip first card over(Aces High).The dealer chooses the person to start. The first person can say, higher, lower, purple, or tsunami.

Purple - Next 2 cards must be same color
Tsunami - Next 4 cards must be 2 red and 2 black

Guesser must get 4 cards right in a row in order to pass and become dealer. Cards stay on the table until someone gets it wrong. When someone gets it wrong, they chug while the dealer counts out the cards. Dealer may count as slow or fast as they want.

Example: The first card flipped over is a 4. First person guesses what the next card will be, higher or lower. If they guessed higher and the next card is a 3, they drink however many cards are on the table.

Deal 4 cards to everyone face up. The dealer takes one card from the remaining cards and says "take one". Anyone who has that card drinks once. If you have two of that card you drink double, three...triple, etc. The dealer flips the next card and says "take two" same as before only its 2 drinks for each card you have that matches. After that it goes take 3 then take 4. It then is give four, give three, give two, and give one. Then start the sequence over until you run out of cards.

First start out by separating the cards. Just keep the 4 jacks, 4 queens, 4 kings, and 4 aces. Then set up the cards 4 X 4 (four rows, four columns).You take turns flipping over cards with the following results:

- Jack is a topic. The person who flipped over the card pick a subject and you go around the circle naming things that fit the topic. The person who messes up on the topic has to take 5 drinks or 2 shots.

- Queen is a rule. You make up a rule like "no pointing", "no names", or something like that.

- Kings are a bathroom break, make someone chug a beer, or 2 shots.

- Ace is a waterfall. A waterfall is where the person who flipped over the card drinks and no one can stop until the person who flipped over the card.

Place all shuffled cards in a circle around a large cup in the middle. One player at a time first player draws.

2- for you (player picks someone)
3- for me (player drinks)
4- whores (girls drink)
5- thumbmaster (place thumb on table at anytime last player to do so drinks but don't forget because you lose your power when the next 5 is drawn and it is given to that player)
6- for dicks (guys drink)
7- heaven (last person pointing up has to drink)
8- states (name states no repeats loser drinks)
9-ryme time (go in a circle and ryme words loser drinks {the word orange is illigal nothing rymes with orange})
10- never have I ever (name something you have never done players that have done that must drink {if you wish, complete the circle once with this then move on})
J- make up a rule (player makes up any rule they want rule only in effect till another jack is picked
Q- questions (player asks anyone a question you must answer with a question and so on loser drinks)
K- king cup (pour some of your drink in the king cup last king picked player has to drink the king cup {really bad if everyone is drinking diff stuff})

**additional rules:
-- first person to break the circle has to drink
--basketball: when ever a drink is empty player must shoot container into the trash can if missed must drink 2 drinks, if made player makes up a rule. These rules are not instead of but along with the other rules in play if someone has pick the appropriate card....( this rule is opptional works best with cans)

~little green man (everyone has a little green man on their drink and he must be removed and placed back on the rim during all game related drinks forgetful people must drink again)
